Love the small class environment. Michelle is a fantastic trainer with so much knowledge & passion in fitness. Since doing the Pilates classes I feel a huge difference in my lower back which has always been a problem for me. I love the BOX-LATES & HIIT classes & am definitely feeling fitter & stronger.
